Light-duty machining & grinding
Semi-synthetic for light to medium-duty machining and grinding of ferrous and aluminum alloys. Chlorine- and formaldehyde-releasing-agent-free formulation; not recommended for heavy-duty work.
Application concentration
Grinding: 5–6%; general machining: 6–10%.
Semi-translucent dilution. Refer to the current Castrol sheet for concentration conversion and in-service pH maintenance.
Ask QA to review the alloy, machining or grinding operation, water quality and current coolant before changing products. Use the current product data sheet and the product-specific concentration conversion when setting up and maintaining the sump.
