QualiChem EQO-PURE 450

A synthesized vegetable-base-stock cutting and grinding fluid for severe machining of aluminum and exotic alloys such as titanium, Hastelloy and Waspaloy. Suitable for central systems and individual sumps. Typical operations include boring, deep-hole drilling, gun drilling, reaming, roll forming, tapping and threading. Provides ferrous and non-ferrous corrosion protection without chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus EP additives.

Selection focus: Severe machining with a chlorine-free formulation.

Typical dilution: Machining 4–12%; grinding 3–5%.

Concentration control: Use supplied concentration table.
