Vegetable-derived micro-emulsion with chlorinated EP

QualiChem EQO-PURE 451

A heavy-duty synthesized vegetable-base-stock fluid with a chlorinated extreme-pressure additive for the most rigorous machining. Intended for hardened steels, stainless steels and exotic alloys including titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy and Waspaloy. Non-staining to aluminum, with clean running, low-foam performance and tramp-oil rejection in central systems and individual sumps.

Selection focus: Most severe machining with chlorinated EP.

Typical dilution: Machining 4–12%; grinding 3–5%.

Concentration control: Use supplied concentration table.
