QualiChem GEOCOOL 890

A premium GTL-based coolant for difficult machining, including titanium, nickel alloys and aerospace aluminums. The sheet specifically identifies Ti-6Al-4V and Inconel 718. Supports machining, milling, turning, drilling, boring, threading and tapping, plus selected grinding and light-to-medium-duty broaching, forming and stamping.

Selection focus: Demanding alloys and aerospace machining.

Typical dilution: Machining 6–12%; grinding 3–5%.

Concentration control: 1.2 × Brix reading.
