QualiChem Q-Sol Cu

Designed for cutting, grinding, drawing and forming yellow metals, especially difficult-to-machine lead-free brass. Provides lubricity while inhibiting copper leaching into the fluid and yellow-metal staining.

Recommended dilution
Machining: 4–12% · Grinding: 3–5% · Drawing: 5–20%

Do not select Q-Sol Cu when parts require subsequent plating or anodizing; review Q-Sol Cu-P with QA for those processes. Not intended for long runs of gray cast iron or grades 40 or 60 nodular iron.
